Your account and setup

The website uses ChatGPT sign-in to identify your member account. It uses account identity information to show your workspace and stores membership access, guide progress, provider selection, pairing records, and the latest optional runner report.

Your workspace and reports are scoped to your account. The publisher administers invitations and membership access. A free invitation does not give its recipient access to the publisher's private reports.

Optional PC reporting

If you pair a PC, it can send a read-only status report containing its operating mode, selected provider, readiness flags, trading session, net profit or loss, and timestamps. Broker passwords and API keys, broker account identifiers, quotes, and order commands are not part of that report.

Disconnecting reporting removes the pairing credentials and latest saved report. It does not stop trading or erase the runner's local files. Trading controls and broker credentials remain on your PC.

Optional AI authoring and teaching

When you explicitly allow cloud processing, the PC sends selected strategy context, selected chart frames, or selected narration chunks to the ATS server, which uses the OpenAI API to produce authoring candidates. The cloud allowance database retains request identifiers, your member identity, task type, usage units, and completion status. It does not retain your authoring text, frames, or audio. Conversation and teaching records remain on your PC. OpenAI processes submitted context under its API policies; use local authoring or decline cloud permission when you do not want selected material sent.

Plan waitlists

If you choose to join an upcoming plan’s waitlist, we save your signed-in account identifier, account email, selected plan and signup date. The publisher can view these requests to provide updates about that plan. Joining is optional and does not create a payment or subscription. Contact support from your account email to leave the waitlist or request deletion.

Payments and service providers

Stripe hosts checkout and subscription management. The companion can store the customer and subscription identifiers and access status needed to manage a verified live membership. It does not receive your full card details. Test payment events do not grant paid access or persist customer mappings.

ChatGPT provides sign-in. This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. These providers process information under their own policies while delivering the service. Stripe processes payment information under Stripe's privacy policy.

Support and data requests

When you email support, we receive the information you include and use it to respond to your request. To ask about your saved information, correction, or deletion, contact hdemetrius102@gmail.com using your member account email. There is no automatic full-account deletion control in the companion.

Please do not send passwords, broker API keys, or full payment details to support. Local PC records are managed on your own device.
